is part of the [[ffmpeg|FFmpeg]] binaries. It is a command line tool, used to analyse audio and vidio files. For ""FoobarSync"" its purpose is to identify audio streams in existing audio files on a [[targets|target]] if you want to  make sure, that existing files on a target have the right codec.
